Marlene is a technical solution consultant for RAMS Engineering Software at Siemens. She began her career leading the development of supply chain and logistics optimization models and operational performance simulations for the Department of Defense, Homeland Security and commercial OEM partners. Now, at Siemens, she provides technical expertise in model-based RAMS solutions for improved system reliability, safety, operational readiness and sustainability. Marlene holds a B.S. in Physics and Astronomy from the Virginia Military Institute and an M.S. in Data Analytics Engineering from George Mason University, Volgenau School of Engineering. She enjoys rock climbing, skiing, highlining, camping, sewing and cooking.
