Carson Bradbury serves as Director - EU Chips Act and Co-founder of Siemens Cre8Ventures.
With a focus on harnessing the EU Chips Act to drive innovation across the big data economy, Carson brings a background in innovating and leading international business development vehicles.
His commitment centers on developing a transformative Digital Twin Marketplace that bridges academia, startups, investors, and corporates—enabling faster pathways to value and accelerating impactful collaborations.
CEO and Co-Founder
Hans is co-founder and CEO of videantis. In his role, he has grown the core processor technology of the company from its infancy into deployment in more than 20 million vehicle in serial production. Prior to founding videantis as a university spin-off, he worked at the NEC Central Research Labs in Kawasaki, Japan, on programmable multimedia processors, was recipient of a Monbukagakusho Research Fellowship at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, and was a research associate and SoC project lead at the Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree and Dr.-Ing. degree, both from the Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany.

Tony Picard is an entrepreneurial executive with more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor, electronic design automation (EDA), and intellectual property (IP) industries.
He has held executive roles in sales, business development, and management at ARM, Cadence, and start-ups like Silicon Hive (acquired by Intel), Magma Design Automation and Target Compiler Technologies (both acquired by Synopsys).
He presently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at videantis GmbH and serves as a Strategic Advisor at Imec and Advisor at Lumoniq.
CMO
Dirk has a Master/PhD in EE from LUH, Germany and an MBA from Babson, US. He worked for >30 years in the Semiconductor space in a wide variance of roles:
He started with Siemens/Infineon, where he was one of the innovators of the TriCore/Aurix microcontroller family while working for six years in Silicon Valley. He defined Infineon’s Automotive Strategy and started Infineon’s 79GHz radar business.
He headed ATI in EMEA at times when GPGPU processing just started. He founded a startup in the AR/VR space together with Fraunhofer and after that lead the Automotive business of Micronas, a market leader in magnetic sensors up to its acquisition by TDK. After that he built up the ADAS/AD business of WABCO, up to its acquisition by ZF.
Working since 2018 as coach for the EU, he has secured videantis 15 million in funding in 2023 and will join videantis as CMO.
