Dr. Thomas Mücke is a Senior Business Consultant at Siemens Industry Software GmbH and is responsible for global support and enablement of presales at Mcenter-platform. This includes the strategy about the complete digitalization way, potential-analyses, the support and consulting intern and extern in this area.
With over 40 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in CAD/CAM and MES environments, Thomas has a wealth of expertise. He spent 25 years as project manager implementing CAD/CAM-processes, and integrating ERP, APS, MES, and PLM systems in machine tool environments. After 8 years in the consulting area for shop floor optimization, he joined Siemens in 2018 as a strategic business consultant. Thomas began his career as a mechanical worker and later graduated as a production engineer. He completed his career path with a PhD during his consulting years.

Pedro Leon

EMEA Portfolio Development – Digital Part Manufacturing

Pedro Leon is part of the Siemens Digital Manufacturing EMEA Portfolio Development team, with a focus on Digital Part Manufacturing – NX CAM Business Line and has been in this role for over nine years. He supports Siemens teams across the EMEA region with the goal to help part manufacturers in their digitalisation process.

Pedro has over thirty-five years’ experience within the CAM software industry and spent over twenty-five years in an international business/market development role at a major UK CAM software manufacturer, with vast experience in channel development across the EMEA and Americas zones. Pedro holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering degree and a post-graduation qualification in Business Administration. He is married with two children, and lives in the UK for over thirty-four years.

Stefan Deusser is part of the Siemens Digital Manufacturing DACH Portfolio Development team, with the focus on Manufacturing Operations Management for discrete industries. He supports customers defining a digitalization roadmap fully integrated into the customer’s IT landscape.

Stefan Deusser has more than 35 years’ experience in discrete manufacturing, especially in Automotive and Aerospace and Defense. He started his career working for a 1st tier automative supplier in engineering, manufacturing and maintenance. Over the last 25 years he had different roles within the Siemens Digital Industries Software Organization with a clear focus on an integrated shop floor digitalization into both the Enterprise level (ERP and PLM) and the automation.
