With over 20 years of engineering and development experience, he has spearheaded the migration to Siemens NX, the rollout of Teamcenter as a PLM system, and the establishment of a Digital Twin strategy. His vision is to create lean, connected, and future-proof development processes.

Project Manager, Product Development
Milan Rust is a project manager in Polipol’s product development department, driving transformation and digitalization with a focus on 3D CAD. With nearly ten years at the company, he combines deep product knowledge and CAD expertise to advance digital workflows. Key achievements include leading a company-wide CAD migration, supporting PLM implementation, and introducing fully digital product development with VR reviews.

Graduate Research Assistant
Suavi Yildirim is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute FAPS, FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where he is pursuing his M.Sc. in Autonomous Technologies. With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering and experience across both industry and academia, his work focuses on robotics, digital twin technologies, and immersive XR solutions for sustainable engineering. He has also been part of award-winning Siemens student competitions, contributing innovative approaches to industry challenges.
