arren은 1995년 영국 Ford Motor Company에 입사하여 엔진 개발 조직에서 CFD 분석가로 경력을 시작했습니다. 그 후 18년 동안 엔진 팀에서 CAE 기술 전문가를 비롯해 다양한 직책을 역임한 후 테스트 및 시뮬레이션을 모두 담당하는 엔진 성능 개발 관리자가 되었습니다. 또한 Warren은 6시그마 블랙벨트 자격증을 보유하고 있습니다.
2014년 미국 Ricardo Software에 입사하여 자동차 산업에 중점을 둔 소프트웨어 포트폴리오의 상업 관리자 역할을 수행했습니다.
2017년 7월 Siemens Digital Industries Software에 합류하여 주로 Simcenter STAR-CCM+를 통한 기존 및 전기 파워트레인 솔루션 전략을 이끌었습니다. 2021년 10월부터 그는 유체 및 열 분야 전문 팀의 담당 이사로 근무하고 있습니다.
