Today, companies generate vast volumes of data every day—from exploration to production, operations to decommissioning. But in this stream of information, the challenge lies in filtering out the noise and focusing on the data that truly drives decisions. That’s where Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) comes in.
This introductory webinar explores how MBSE can help transform complex oil & gas projects by creating a structured, collaborative environment that enhances clarity and alignment across stakeholders. By shifting from document-based processes to model-based approaches, teams can make better use of meaningful data, improve communication, and streamline project execution.
During this 45-minutes discussion, our two experts John Nixon & Bill Hahn, will show you how MBSE can fit into your digital strategy by presenting lessons learned from real-world applications.

Vice President, Energy & Utilities
John has worked in energy and utilities for 28+ years and created multiple energy and technology start-ups leading business development in China, Romania, Panama, and the USA. He has led large greenfield and brownfield projects with oil and mining supermajors in Canada and China, and spearheaded pipeline asset integrity programs in USA and Mexico.
