ウォーレン・シーリー博士
流体および熱解析 事業開発担当ディレクター
ウォーレン・シーリーは現在、シーメンスデジタルインダストリーズソフトウェアにてシミュレーションおよびテスト・ソリューション・チームの事業開発担当ディレクターを務めています。デトロイトに拠点を置き、エンジン開発およびシミュレーション業界で25年超の経験があります。
英国のコベントリー大学で機械工学の学士号 (優等学位) を取得した後、ジャガーランドローバーがスポンサーとなってSTAR-CDを使用した筒内CFDシミュレーションの研究を進め、博士号を取得しました。
1995年に英国のフォードモーターカンパニーに入社し、キャリアのスタートはエンジン開発組織のCFDアナリストでした。その後18年間、CAEテクニカルスペシャリストを含むエンジンチームでさまざまな役職を歴任した後、テストとシミュレーションの両方を担当するエンジン性能開発マネージャーになりました。さらにはシックスシグマのブラックベルト資格も保有しています。
2014年、米国のRicardo Softwareに入社し、自動車業界向けソフトウェア・ポートフォリオの営業マネージャーに任命されました。
2017年7月にシーメンスデジタルインダストリーズソフトウェアに入社して以降、主にSTAR-CCM+を担当し、Simcenterを使用した内燃機関およびeパワートレインのシミュレーション・ソリューションを牽引しています。2021年10月より事業開発担当ディレクターに就任。
