Mathiasは、20年ほどの長きにわたり、自動車業界向けの組み込み開発やソフトウェアの設計、多重通信システムの設計などに携わってきました。車載システムに対する技術的な造詣も深く、大規模ECU製造プログラムのソフトウェア・エンジニアリングから、機能安全性の研究プログラム、ベース技術の開発、標準化、バス・テクノロジの検証まで幅広く取り組んでいます。直近の10年はAUTOSAR標準の普及に努めるかたわら、製品開発や顧客を成功に導くプロジェクトの数々を手掛けてきました。現在は、Capital Embedded製品担当マネージャーとして、製品開発とマーケティング活動を統括しています。
ヨーテボリのチャルマース大学にて電気工学の修士号を取得。
