She started her journey in Siemens two years ago in the Business Enablement Team of Manufacturing Operations Management.Before joining Siemens, she held different positions in Quality Management and R&D, both in Italy and Poland. She also covered Project Management position, as “Certified Project Management Associate – IPMA Level D®️”. She holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari.

Raffaello Lepratti è vice presidente di Industrial Manufacturing Cloud per Mendix, un'azienda di Siemens, e leader mondiale nel low-code aziendale. Il Dr. Lepratti lavora per Siemens AG e Siemens PLM Software dal 2005 in diversi ruoli, contribuendo a portare la digitalizzazione nel settore manifatturiero. Ha conseguito una laurea in ingegneria elettrica e un dottorato di ricerca in Collaborazione avanzata uomo-macchina. Nel corso degli anni ha lavorato a diversi progetti di ricerca internazionali, è autore di libri e articoli scientifici ed è co-titolare di diversi brevetti. Per diversi anni è stato membro del consiglio di amministrazione internazionale del MESA.
