Samsung’s SAFE™ EDA Alliance partnership with Siemens EDA Aprisa
Samsung Foundry and Aprisa have a comprehensive collaboration to provide certified tools and methodologies with the goal of enabling efficient design of high-performance and low-power products across various applications. During this presentation Samsung Foundry covers technology updates, new challenges for advanced node designs, and their collaboration with Aprisa to enable customers success. It includes Aprisa QEDA certification status, strengthened QEDA certification for optimal PPA, and case studies on advanced nodes.

Minkook Kim
Principal Engineer
Minkook Kim is a Principal Engineer for the Design Technology team, at Samsung Electronics (Foundry business), since 2010. His work involves new process node enablement and physical design methodology development. Minkook has published in IEEE conference (DAC) papers, and presented at several conferences. His current research interests include Design-Technology Co-optimization (DTCO), physical design methodology and process technology.
