Valentina is Industry Manager for Discrete Manufacturing at the Siemens Digital Industries Software, with the focus on quality. She started her journey in Siemens two years ago in the Business Enablement Team of Manufacturing Operations Management.Before joining Siemens, she held different positions in Quality Management and R&D, both in Italy and Poland. She also covered Project Management position, as “Certified Project Management Associate – IPMA Level D®️”. She holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari.

Dr Raffaello Lepratti

Vice-président - Cloud pour la fabrication industrielle

Le Dr Raffaello Lepratti est vice-président du cloud pour la fabrication industrielle chez Mendix, filiale du groupe Siemens et leader mondial de l'entreprise low-code. Le Dr Lepratti travaille pour Siemens AG et Siemens PLM Software depuis 2005, où il a occupé divers postes et contribué à la numérisation de la fabrication. Il est titulaire d'un diplôme en génie électrique, ainsi que d'un doctorat en collaboration homme-machine avancée. Au fil des ans, il a travaillé sur plusieurs projets de recherche internationaux. Il a publié des livres et des articles scientifiques et est copropriétaire de plusieurs brevets. Pendant plusieurs années, il a été membre du conseil d'administration international de la MESA.
