Valentina es experta en dominio de soluciones de gestión de calidad para fabricación digital en Siemens Digital Industries Software. Cuenta con seis años de experiencia en Siemens, donde empezó como responsable de Industria para fabricación discreta en gestión de operaciones de fabricación (MOM). en la actualidad, se dedica sobre todo a formación empresarial y marketing sobre las soluciones del portfolio para gestión de la calidad. Antes de trabajar en Siemens, Valentina ocupó varios puestos en gestión de calidad e I+D para empresas de electrodomésticos en Italia y Polonia. También fue mánager de proyectos en una empresa proveedora de la industria de la automoción. Tiene un máster en Ingeniería Mecánica por el Politecnico di Bari.
Mike Zipperer
Lead Product Manager
Zipperer (or “Zip”, depending on whom you ask) brings 18 years of software engineering and product experience to the Instrumental Product Management team, focusing on Instrumental’s Strategic Partnerships and AI Platform. He joins Instrumental from a robotics safety and cybersecurity start-up, and prior worked for 15 years at a global defense contractor, BAE Systems, specializing in top secret geospatial intelligence and mission planning enterprise and cloud solutions. Zip holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, a Master’s in Information System Cybersecurity, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins, where he is also a Fellow at the JHU Center for Innovative Leadership.

Product Manager for Quality
Bach joined Siemens Digital Industries Software over 10 years ago as a consultant. Since then, she has held various roles within the services organization, always remaining focused on the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) portfolio and Quality Management solutions. As a Product Manager for Quality Management in the Digital Manufacturing division, Bach is dedicated to driving customer value through Siemens portfolio and managing partnership with Instrumental.
