Lionel Broglia is Battery Industry Lead for Simcenter simulation and test solutions. Lionel has been involved in simulation, with a strong focus on system simulation, for more than 25 years. In his current role, Lionel is enabling and supporting the Siemens sales organization, delivering G2M assets, explaining the value of battery solutions to customers and driving business growth. Lionel received a mechanical and manufacturing degree from Polytech Lyon in 1998.

Product Manager

Mathias has spent over 20 years of his career in embedded development and design of software and multiplexed communication for the automotive industry. His interest in automotive systems and technical curiosity has brought him to key assignments scaling from software engineering on large-scale ECU production programs to research programs in functional safety, E/E technology development, standardization, and verification on communication bus technology. Mathias has spent the last decade on AUTOSAR, advocating for the use of the standard while conducting product development and making customers successful. Currently, he is the product manager for Siemens Capital Embedded software products. Mathias oversees product development and marketing activities.
