Bartosz's 17-year-career has been dedicated to electrical harnesses, working in the aerospace industry as an electrical operator, followed by roles as a process engineer and production engineering manager. For part of his career, he worked in the space industry, working on electrical harness design, focused on production engineering and the manufacturing and testing of electrical harnesses.
