John Fox is Vice President of Marketing at Siemens Digital Industries Software, responsible for the Mainstream Engineering group’s portfolio of design and engineering software solutions, including Solid Edge® and Simcenter Femap™. With previous roles at PTC and Accenture, he has more than 20 years of experience helping manufacturing companies of all sizes develop better products faster and more efficiently with the help of digital technologies. John has a MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ash Warne

Chief Engineer / CEO

Ash has more than ten years’ experience in engineering, leadership and operational roles at McLaren and Ferrari F1 teams, having been responsible for the operation and development of both teams’ F1 Driving Simulators.

Ash has extensive experience developing hardware and software solutions to deliver immersive and realistic driving simulation experiences to highly discerning and critical elite racing drivers including Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button and Kimi Raikkonen. He is the named inventor on the new Ferrari simulator.

In an operational capacity Ash has managed these highly utilised and business critical driving simulators, while also leading multi-disciplinary teams. He has significant experience leading complex projects involving external suppliers and contractors, and has negotiated commercial relationships including joint IP ownership and responsibility matrices.

Prior to entering F1 Ash worked in a demanding operational role in Technology at Goldman Sachs.

Ash has a 1st Class (Hons) Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bath.
