Senior Engineering Manager

Navdeep Kumar is a Senior Engineering Manager at Infineon Technologies, currently leading and managing a team of 35 back-end engineers. He enabled the adoption of Siemens EDA’s Aprisa for place and route at Infineon and has served as a technical lead for many projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the Aprisa solution to drive successful outcomes in digital implementation. Navdeep has over 20 years of experience in physical design and expertise, managing multiple tapeouts across various technology nodes. He holds an M.Tech in Microelectronics from Panjab University.
