Designing automotive ICs comes with a lot of challenges, including those related to reliability, power and area. This presentation will cover the digital implementation development and tapeout of an automotive chip at OnSemi using Aprisa. It will focus on ECO from RTL, which is an essential design technique for OnSemi to reduce fabrication time.
