Enhancing Continuous Quality Improvement and Problem-Solving Processes

Consumers are requesting more innovation, faster delivery, and cheaper products to the market while demanding higher quality and safety standards. Manufacturers must meet government standards and requirements while simultaneously needing to satisfy customer wants.

Critical to manufacturers' success is a modern Quality Management System, native on a collaboration platform with integrated Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) tools to avoid mistakes and failures and help deliver final products that are safe and free of defects.

How can manufacturers identify nonconformance or defects to avoid the worst effects on the market and prevent a recall?

Real-time collaboration between teams is critical. Quality teams need to react immediately to discover the root cause and implement all corrective and preventive actions to solve the problem and avoid a possible reoccurrence. Design, manufacturing, and quality teams can share the same views about the needed information to continuously improve product and process quality.
