Industry Manager – Discrete Manufacturing
Valentina is Industry Manager for Discrete Manufacturing at the Siemens Digital Industries Software, with the focus on quality. She started her journey in Siemens two years ago in the Business Enablement Team of Manufacturing Operations Management.Before joining Siemens, she held different positions in Quality Management and R&D, both in Italy and Poland. She also covered Project Management position, as “Certified Project Management Associate – IPMA Level D®️”. She holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari.
Dr. Raffaello Lepratti
Vice President – Industrial Manufacturing Cloud
Dr. Raffaello Lepratti ist Vice President of Industrial Manufacturing Cloud bei Mendix, einem Geschäftsbereich von Siemens und weltweit führend im Bereich Low-Code-Lösungen für Unternehmen. Dr. Lepratti ist seit 2005 bei der Siemens AG und Siemens PLM Software in verschiedenen Funktionen tätig und hat die Digitalisierung der Fertigung mitgestaltet. Er verfügt über einen Abschluss in Elektrotechnik sowie einen Doktortitel in moderner Mensch-Maschine-Kollaboration. Im Laufe der Jahre hat er an mehreren internationalen Forschungsprojekten mitgearbeitet, ist Autor von Büchern und wissenschaftlichen Abhandlungen und Mitinhaber mehrerer Patente. Mehrere Jahre lang war er Vorstandsmitglied der MESA.
