Valentina ist als branchenspezifische Managerin für Siemens Digital Industries Software tätig. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf Qualitätssicherung. Ihre Tätigkeit bei Siemens nahm sie vor drei Jahren auf. Bisher arbeitete sie im Business Enablement Team für das Manufacturing Operations Management. Vor ihrer Zeit bei Siemens hatte sie verschiedene Positionen in Qualitätsmanagement und Forschung und Entwicklung (F&E) inne, sowohl in Italien als auch in Polen. Darüber hinaus war sie als Projektmanagerin tätig, genauer gesagt als „Certified Project Management Associate – IPMA Level D®️“.
