Thomas Grob is working as Senior Hardware Architect at Hitachi Rail. He holds a Master of Science degree in Embedded System Engineering from the University of Stuttgart. With more than 15 years of experience in FPGA design he is a seasoned expert in this field. He has extensive experience in the hardware architecture of SIL 4 safety-related systems for railway control.
