Dylan Tancill is the Global Head of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) for Siemens Digital Industries Software, responsible for global industry strategy and senior engagement with the world’s leading financial institutions. He works closely with Siemens’ CROs, Zone Leaders and Country Managers to ensure that major BFSI initiatives receive the visibility, alignment, and executive coordination required across a large global organization.
Prior to Siemens’ acquisition of Altair Engineering, Dylan served as a member of Altair’s executive leadership team, overseeing global BFSI revenue and the field organization supporting more than 800 financial institutions, including 18 of the world’s 20 largest banks and 7 of the top 10 global insurers. His perspective is grounded in nearly a decade at Fidelity Investments, where he developed a deep understanding of the operational and financial realities that shape modern banking. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, graduating summa cum laude.
Dylan is known for his honest, pragmatic approach and his ability to bring the right parts of a company together to support complex customer programs. He hopes to bring that approach to Siemens and act as a liaison across Sales, Product & Marketing to drive the growth of ARR in BFSI.
